Job Summary
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous, efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly atmosphere through teamwork. Ensure self-service products are properly packaged with correct weights and ingredients, and verify good code dates on all display cases. Assist in stocking, rotating, and organizing cooler arrangements, including light cutting work and receiving processed meats. Keep workstations and departments sanitized and clean, adhering to twice-daily cleaning schedules and company food safety programs. Maintain correct pricing on all items and attend scheduled shifts to meet attendance policies.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
