Job Summary
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous, efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly, and fun working environment. Ensure self-service products are properly packaged with correct weights and ingredients, and maintain neat, clean display cases with accurate code dates. Assist in stocking, rotating products, organizing coolers, and performing light cutting work. Receive and order all processed meats, ensure correct pricing, and keep the department sanitized at least twice daily. Adhere to company time and attendance policies during scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to adhere to company time and attendance policies
