Job Summary
Greet and speak to customers to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly, and fun working environment. Ensure products for self-service are in proper package with correct weights and ingredients, and assist in stocking, organizing cooler arrangement, and light cutting work. Maintain neat and clean appearance of all display cases, ensure correct pricing, and keep good code dates on all products. Keep workstation and surrounding areas clean, and ensure the department is sanitized and cleaned at least twice daily. Adhere to company time and attendance policies during scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to adhere to company time and attendance policies
