Job Summary
Meat Helper needed in Food City's meat department to provide friendly customer service, assist with stocking, packaging, and rotation of processed meats, ensure accurate weights and packaging, maintain pricing, and support food-safety practices. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining clean display cases, assisting with light cutting, receiving/ordering products, organizing coolers, and adhering to on-site attendance and company policies. Strong teamwork, ability to follow verbal/written instructions, and attention to product codes and dates are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
