Job Summary
Meat Helper at Food City in Kodak, TN—assist in the meat department with customer service, stocking, product rotation, and light cutting. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing prompt, courteous service, ensuring self-service packages are properly weighted and labeled, following the Food Safety program, organizing cooler arrangements, receiving/ordering processed meats, maintaining correct pricing, keeping display cases neat, ensuring proper codes dates, sanitation twice daily, and adhering to on-site schedule and attendance policies. Requires being 18+, ability to perform routine tasks with attention to detail, and ability to follow verbal/written instructions. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
