Job Summary
Assist in meat department operations and provide courteous customer service in a fast-paced grocery setting. Greet customers, help with self-service packaging, ensure proper weights and ingredients, and follow Food Safety program. Support stocking, rotation, and organization of cooler displays; assist with light cutting, receive/order processed meats, and maintain correct pricing. Maintain neat displays, monitor code dates, and ensure sanitation of the workstation and display areas. Be available for on-site shifts and adhere to time/attendance policies. Must be 18+ and able to meet physical, mental, and visual demands; follow verbal/written instructions and work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
