Job Summary
Meat Helper responsibilities include providing friendly customer service, greeting customers, and supporting the store’s mission to Run the Best Store in Town. The role involves ensuring self-service products are properly packaged with correct weights and ingredients, following the Food Safety program, stocking and rotating products, organizing and maintaining display cases, performing light cutting, handling received/process meats, maintaining accurate pricing, keeping work areas clean, and ensuring proper dating and sanitation of products while adhering to attendance policies and teamwork-driven operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
