Job Summary
Provide courteous customer service in the Meat Department while supporting the company mission to Run the Best Store in Town. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and packaging meats with correct weights and dates, adhering to Food Safety standards, assisting with receiving/ordering processed meats, maintaining neat displays and clean workstations, and upholding sanitation practices. Must be able to work on-site during scheduled shifts; strong teamwork and reliability are essential to maintain a positive, customer-first environment and support flexible scheduling in a part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
