Job Summary
Assist in stocking and rotating meat products; maintain proper packaging with correct weights and ingredients; greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service; follow Food Safety program; ensure self-service items are properly packaged with correct weights; organize cooler and maintain product code dates; assist in light cutting and in receiving/ordering processed meats; maintain correct pricing and neat display cases; keep workstation clean and sanitized; participate in on-site shifts and adhere to attendance policies; Food City emphasizes flexibility and teamwork to create a positive, customer-first work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
