Job Summary
Provide courteous, customer-first service in the meat department, greeting and assisting customers, stocking and rotating meat products, assisting with receiving and ordering processed meats, maintaining correct pricing and display case cleanliness, ensuring proper packaging and weights for self-service items, adhering to the Food Safety program, and keeping workstations organized. Maintain proper code dates, sanitation of the department twice daily, and support a positive, team-oriented environment while meeting on-site scheduling requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
