Job Summary
Meat Helper responsible for customer-facing service in the meat department, including greeting customers, assisting with stocking and rotation of products, ensuring proper packaging and weights for self-service items, maintaining food safety practices, price accuracy, and keeping display cases neat. Roles include light cutting, receiving/ordering processed meats, maintaining date codes and packaging integrity, and contributing to a clean, organized department. Requires on-site availability for scheduled shifts; benefits include comprehensive health and retirement plans. This position is part-time and located in Maynardville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
