Job Summary
Support the meat department in delivering friendly, efficient customer service and ensure products are properly packaged with correct weights and labeling. Assist with stocking, rotation of products, light cutting, receiving/ordering processed meats, maintaining pricing, and keeping display cases neat and sanitized. Follow the Food Safety program, maintain correct code dates, and participate in keeping the workstation organized. The role emphasizes a positive, team-oriented work environment with a customer-first approach and adherence to on-site scheduling and attendance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
