Job Summary
Meat Helper provides courteous customer service in a Food City store while supporting meat department operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with stocking and rotation of products, ensuring proper packaging with correct weights and measures, adhering to the Food Safety program, maintaining correct pricing and neat displays, assisting with light cutting and receiving/ordering processed meats, keeping workstations clean, and supporting department sanitation at least twice daily. Must be able to work on-site during scheduled shifts and participate in a team-oriented, friendly environment with a focus on a customer-first experience. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
