Job Summary
Greet customers, ensure efficient and courteous service, and maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere. Stock and rotate products, organize cooler arrangements, and assist with light cutting work. Receive and order processed meats, verify correct pricing, and ensure all packaged items meet weight and measure regulations. Keep workstations and display cases neat, clean, and sanitized at least twice daily, while maintaining proper code dates on all products. Adhere to the Food Safety program and company time and attendance policies during scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
