Job Summary
Greet and speak to customers to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly atmosphere. Ensure products for self-service are in proper packages with correct weights and ingredients, and maintain correct pricing on all processed meats. Assist in stocking, organizing cooler arrangements, and performing light cutting work while following the Food Safety program. Keep workstations, display cases, and the entire department sanitized and clean at least twice daily. Adhere to scheduled shifts and company time and attendance policies.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
