Job Summary
Greet customers, provide prompt and courteous service, and maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere through teamwork. Ensure products for self-service are properly packaged with correct weights and ingredients, while assisting in stocking, organizing cooler arrangements, and performing light cutting work. Receive and order all processed meats, maintain correct pricing, and keep all display cases neat, clean, and sanitized at least twice daily. Adhere to the Food Safety program, ensure good code dates on all products, and follow company time and attendance policies during scheduled shifts. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
