Job Summary
Anticipate customer needs and prioritize their satisfaction in all interactions. Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success while fostering growth. Maintain merchandising and operational standards and remain accountable for departmental sales results and financial objectives. Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and develop positive workplace relationships by engaging with the team. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a unionized environment.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
- Previous management experience in retail or food services
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays in a Unionized environment
