Job Summary
Anticipate customer needs and prioritize their satisfaction in the meat department. Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve sales targets while maintaining merchandising and operational standards. Foster colleague growth by creating a positive workplace through relationship building and engagement. Be accountable for departmental sales results and financial objectives. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a unionized environment.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
- Previous management experience in retail or food services
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays in a Unionized environment
- Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check
