Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by building positive connections, sharing product knowledge, and helping shoppers find what they need. Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing displays in the Meat Department while stocking, rotating, and merchandising products according to standards. Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Work across Fresh departments including Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery to support store operations. Maintain a calm, focused approach in a fast-paced environment while performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
