Job Summary
Prepare, cut, and package meat products while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the department. Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness, and assist customers with product selection and questions. Strictly follow food safety and handling procedures throughout all tasks. This role requires flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with meat handling preferred but not required
