Cut and trim prime and premium meat and seafood products according to The Fresh Market standards while managing quality levels and assisting guests with meal solutions. Monitor case temperatures and storage areas, enforce receiving and stocking protocols to ensure freshness, and maintain adherence to food safety and department practices. This fast-paced role requires two years of meat cutting experience and certification within 90 days of hire.
