Job Summary
As a Meat Cutter, you'll be responsible for cutting and weighing meats, producing value-added products, following recipes for grinding and tray meats, and maintaining the cleanliness and standards of the department. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with preferred experience in retail or as a Meat Cutter. Candidates should possess basic math skills and the ability to maintain detail-oriented work. This role involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
