Meat Cutter

Meat Manager role overseeing the meat department operations, directing and scheduling staff, ordering to support advertising and maximizing profits. Responsibilities include unloading and cutting meat, weighing, packaging, labeling, stocking up to 6 feet high, operating meat saws, cubers, slicers, scales, grinders and labeling machines, lifting up to 100 pounds in refrigerated environments (0 to 55 degrees), preparing and wrapping meat items, assisting customers, managing inventory and vendor checks, writing work schedules, supervising employees, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness, and documenting sales/merchandising activities. Requires basic math, reading/writing, ability to travel to work, and following verbal and written instructions.
