Job Summary
Ensure guest satisfaction by communicating order accuracy and maintaining cleanliness while utilizing safe knife skills to cut and package smoked meats to order. Weigh meats to exact specifications, help prepare orders, and complete transfer sheets. Communicate with management regarding meat item replenishment and observe safety and security standards. Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds in a moderate to loud environment. Full-time schedule with tuition reimbursement, 401K matching, and shift meal discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1
- Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Practical problem solving skills
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous food handling experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
