Job Summary
Communicate with guests to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction, then coordinate with management to replenish meat items. Utilize safe knife skills to cut and package smoked meats to order, weighing products to exact specifications while completing transfer sheets. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the shift. Requires a Food Handler Certificate, fluency in English, and basic math skills; involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds in a moderate to loud environment. Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1
- Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous food handling experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
