The Meat Cutter is responsible for cutting and trimming meat and related products in accordance with company standards. Key responsibilities include pricing and displaying products, maintaining cleanliness in work and storage areas, monitoring temperature failures, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires the ability to read and write, hand dexterity for cutting, and the capacity to lift 70 pounds frequently. Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a meat wrapper.
