Job Summary
Cut and trim meat and related products according to company standards. Responsibilities include pricing and displaying products, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in work areas, communicating temperature failures, providing good customer service, and adhering to health regulations. The ideal candidate should possess dexterity for meat cutting, be able to lift up to 70 pounds, and have at least one year of experience as a meat wrapper.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write to properly tag product
- Must have dexterity in hands to enable the cutting and trimming of the meats
- Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds at least forty percent (40%) of the time
- Should have at least one year experience as a meat wrapper
