Job Summary
Cut and trim meat and related products according to company standards, price and display products, and maintain clean work areas. Communicate temperature issues, uphold customer service relations, and observe departmental policies and health laws. Candidates must have the ability to read and write, manual dexterity for cutting and trimming, and the physical ability to lift heavy weights. Previous experience as a meat wrapper is required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write to properly tag product
- Must have dexterity in hands to enable the cutting and trimming of the meats
- Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds at least forty percent (40%) of the time
- At least one year experience as a meat wrapper
