Job Summary
Cut and prepare all varieties of meat, including safe operation of tools, while maintaining cases and rotating product. Grind meats, fill cases, and operate wrapping scales and other machinery in the Meat Department. Read cutting lists, process shipments, assist with inventory, and clean and sanitize equipment and the sales floor. Provide exceptional customer service by helping clients identify best selections. Works flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience preferred but not required
