Meat Cutter Part Time

Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, including grinds. Assists in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, and the deli area while handling rotisserie chickens. Prepares special cuts ordered by members and ensures all received meats meet quality standards. Maintains sanitation and safety standards within the department, cleans equipment, and rotates inventory by expiration dates. Performs other duties as assigned, including placing orders and working in other departments. Requires completion of a training program/apprenticeship and previous meat cutting experience. Part-time schedule with regular, predictable attendance.
