Meat Cutter

Cut and trim several varieties of meat, fish, and poultry to specification while assisting customers with product selections and recommendations. Prepare ready-to-heat foods by filleting meat or fish, cutting into bite-sized pieces, and adding vegetables, sauces, or breading. When not assisting customers, wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat, then place products in display cases attractively. Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements throughout the shift. This role requires open availability for evenings and weekends and is open to applicants 18 years or older, with a starting wage of $17/hour.
