Job Summary
Responsible for wrapping, weighing, and pricing meats; rotating perishable merchandise; and maintaining quality standards in the meat department. Communicates with the Meat Manager, assists with inventory management, and ensures compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant knowledge of meat products. Requires good customer relations skills and basic math aptitude.
