The Meat Cutter responsibilities include hand cutting all steaks according to company specifications (excluding T-Bones), maintaining sanitation and organization of the meat cutting area and equipment, setting up work area and tools, following the daily par plan, labeling and storing product, rotating stock via FIFO, maintaining personal hygiene and compliance with health regulations, operating machinery like Jaccard, grinder, knives and scales, cleaning and sanitizing the area and equipment, and performing opening/closing duties and weekly side work; role requires physical endurance (standing, lifting up to 50 pounds) and working under time pressures in a cold, moist kitchen environment; benefits include medical/dental/vision/LTD, 401(k), paid sick leave, EAP, and opportunities for career development.
