Job Summary
Prepare, store, cut, clean, and serve meat while monitoring food distribution and ensuring guidelines are followed. Clean and sterilize dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities; maintain coolers, cases, and displays by keeping them stocked. Give customers friendly, courteous, and prompt service while maintaining good communication with the meat manager. Share responsibility for controlling shrink by properly recording hours, verifying time tickets, and assisting with inventory and ordering systems. Ensure product rotation, proper cooler temperatures, and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
