Job Summary
Prepare, store, cut, clean, and serve meat while monitoring food distribution and maintaining coolers, cases, and displays. Clean and sterilize dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities; ensure proper safety procedures and temperature controls. Provide friendly, courteous service to customers and maintain communication with the meat manager. Control shrink by recording hours, verifying time tickets, and assisting with inventory, ordering, and bookkeeping for weekly and monthly purchases. Rotate products upon receipt and assist in taking four-week period inventory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
