Meat Cutter

Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards while rotating cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness. Complete the buffet production system to insure quality and shelf life compliance, sanitizing all surfaces between chicken and other meats to eliminate cross-contamination. Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler per approved food safety guidelines, cleans the meat room, and follows local health department laws. Maintain inventory of all meat products using administration forms, notify the Manager of any discrepancies, and perform opening, closing, and duty roster tasks. Properly maintains equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
