Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards; uses buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life; rotates cut and boxed meat to maintain freshness; stocks and arranges the meat cooler; sanitizes surfaces to prevent cross-contamination; cleans the meat room and adheres to health department laws; maintains inventory and notifies management of discrepancies; performs opening and closing administrative procedures; follows Equipment Maintenance manual and completes duty roster tasks.
