Meat Cutter Full Time

Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, including grinds. Assists in merchandising of seafood, prepared foods, cheeses and pre-packed deli, and assists in the rotisserie chicken area and full service deli. Maintains all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department and supports club policies and procedures. Demonstrates honest, team-focused conduct and a commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate). Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members; weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts to company standards; ensures the meat case showcases current products and maintains appropriate inventory. Requires prior meat cutting experience or completion of a training/apprenticeship, and is 18 years of age or older. Localized to Leominster, MA as the work location with full-time, in-person duties in the meat department.
