Meat Cutter Full-Time $1000 sign on bonus!

Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, including grinds. Assists in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, and deli items, while preparing special cuts and arranging meat selections for members. Maintains sanitation and safety standards, cleans equipment and display cases, and ensures inventory levels are appropriate. Inspects meats upon delivery to verify quality standards and follows guidelines for disposing of damaged or expired products. Performs other duties as assigned, including placing orders and working in other departments as needed. Requires completion of a training program/apprenticeship and previous meat cutting experience.
