Meat Cutter FT

Meijer is hiring a Meat Cutter FT to assist in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind and to follow the production schedule for fresh meat cuts. The role involves assisting in writing fresh meat orders, organizing and checking in deliveries, and maintaining positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership. Required skills include familiarity with weights and measures in meat processing, adherence to safety and sanitation procedures, experience in product presentation and packaging, and experience with inventory control and Computer Assisted Ordering applications. A current handjack/hilo license is required. The position supports development and advancement within the Meijer organization and contributes to serving communities while providing weekly pay and scheduling flexibility.
