Meat Cutter

Meat Cutter at Farm Boy responsible for preparing and cutting meats for service counters, maintaining product quality, and delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product knowledge, maintaining display counters, rotating stock, ensuring cleanliness and safety in line with HACCP and Health & Safety standards, training team members in development programs, supporting leadership with inventory and ordering, and taking on additional tasks as needed. Requires 1-3 years of related experience, ability to work independently, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended standing and occasional heavy lifting.
