Meat Cutter/Butcher

Conduct raw meat prep, red meat cuts, and cooking applications with pride in your knife work. Manage a fast-paced, social environment with lots of customer interaction and hands-on deck tasks. Lift 50+ lbs daily. This role requires 2+ years butchering experience in a retail environment, solid knowledge of raw meat prep, and strong customer service instincts. You must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and available on weekends with basic conversational English.
