Meat - Cutter

Cut, trim, and bone carcass sections into cooking cuts like roasts, steaks, and chops; weigh individual servings and shape ties for the showcase. Receive and inspect meat deliveries, then inform the Meat Manager of stock shortages. Break veal and lamb products, prepare convenience items such as kabobs and marinated goods, and provide customers with preparation information for all cuts. Occasionally supervise 3–5 employees by training, assigning work, and resolving complaints. This role supports Bristol Farms' mission to provide fresh, locally sourced meat in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager.
