Job Summary
Meat Cutter in the Meat Department responsible for cutting, trimming, and boning carcass sections into cooking cuts (roasts, steaks, chops, cubes) and weighing steaks and chops for serving; assist with stock inspection and storage, inform customers about cuts and preparation, and prepare showcased items (kabobs, stir-fry, stuffed items, marinated items). May supervise 3-5 employees in the Meat Department and contribute to training and problem resolution. Requires a High School diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training. Works in-person in Rolling Hills, CA, and reports to the Meat Manager and Store Director.
