Meat Cutter

Meat Cutter responsible for adhering to company and governmental standards in the meat department, knowledge of meat and seafood products, answering guest questions about ingredients and required equipment, assisting with selecting and purchasing high-quality meat, and potentially ordering and maintaining inventories. Capable of identifying, cutting, processing, rotating, and merchandising meat products per company standards; must handle, gut, boning, filleting, and merchandising seafood as needed. Physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and other movements; the role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service.
