Meat Cutter Apprentice

Meat Cutter Apprentice will learn the craft of cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products alongside experienced meat cutters. Responsibilities include assisting with setting up displays, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment. Requires willingness to learn, strong work ethic, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in refrigerated environments. On-the-job training and mentorship will develop meat cutting skills, with emphasis on teamwork and precise instruction-following in a store setting.
