Meat Cutter (60292)

Meat Cutter responsible for identifying cuts, breaking down, trimming meat, weighing and wrapping products per company standards; greet and assist customers, record special orders, manage perishable items and maintain cooler/freezer prep areas; rotate stock, verify case labels and pricing, and operate equipment (pallet jack, slicer, grinder, tenderizer, saw) while adhering to safety and quality controls. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, handle cash/debit/EBT transactions, respond to customer questions, and maintain clean, organized department areas in a fast-paced environment. Prior meat cutting experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent are required.
