Job Summary
Meat Customer Service FT role: Responsible for offering extraordinary customer service to all customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers upfront, responding to inquiries, fulfilling special orders or transfers, resolving complaints, educating customers about additional services or products, taking and processing orders, preparing and wrapping meat items according to Tony’s standards, labeling items with pricing, reviewing orders for completeness and coordinating special orders through the Department Manager or other stores if needed, fulfilling special requests, replenishing demos and display cases, adhering to safety, health and sanitation rules (HACCP/OSHA), and completing assigned projects. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 Years customer service experience preferred.
- 1-3 Years meat/seafood handling experience preferred.
