Meat Clerk Part Time

Receive, unpack, and store fresh and processed meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses while ensuring all delivered items meet quality standards. Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat and seafood, including grinding hamburger meat, and rotate inventory according to expiration dates. Assist with merchandising, answer member questions regarding products, and make recommendations. Maintain cleaning and safety standards by sanitizing equipment, display fixtures, and cooler areas; dispose of damaged or expired products per guidelines. Support club policies, procedures, and compliance while ensuring a safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
