Job Summary
Receives, rotates, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats. Assists in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses. Provides assistance to Members by answering questions and recommending products. Maintains all cleaning and safety standards within the meat department. Team Members carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, and strive for flawless execution while upholding safety, inclusion, and a positive member experience. Regularly weighs, wraps, labels, and packs cuts of meat, pork, and seafood; assists in packaging freshly cut meats; inspects deliveries; maintains stocked cases; rotates products by expiration dates; and adheres to disposal guidelines for damaged or expired items. Performs other duties as assigned and maintains a safe, collaborative, and high-energy work environment aligned with GOLD standards.
